San Jose Sharks visit the Chicago Blackhawks

The San Jose Sharks visit the United Center to take on The Chicago Blackhawks today in what is their fourth and final game of their four-game road trip.

San Jose is riding a Four game win streak into tonight’s game, and are 1-0 against Chicago in this season series. Chicago is also on a Four Game win streak, the latest being Saturday, where they beat the St.Louis Blues 6-4.

Timo Meier, the long awaited sharks prospect, will skate in his second game tonight on a line with Chris Tierney and Joonas Donskoi. He made a big impression against the Montreal Canadiens scoring his first NHL goal on his first shot of his NHL career. This goal ended up as the game winner and the Sharks beat the Habs 4-2.

Both teams are in first place in their respected divisions and win tonight would provide a little cushion for San Jose as they lead the Pacific by only two points.
